Applications for renewal of your Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) credential by continuing nursing education must be received 30 days in advance of the certification expiration date. Completed application, appropriate forms, supporting materials, and fee must be submitted at one time.

For a comprehensive overview and instructions for the Recertification of your CANS please refer to the Guide to Recertification By Continuing Education Credit.

Recertification by continuing education requires contact hours must be earned through a nursing accreditation body. Credit earned by other methods, such as CME, must be approved by the PSNCB prior to submission of your packets.
